Depending on the results of your hearing test, our audiologist may recommend a hearing aid for one or both of your ears.
During the hearing aid evaluation, you will be guided through the process of selecting a hearing aid option that best suits your hearing loss, your personal preferences, and your lifestyle. Our audiologist understands the complexities of this process and will take the time to listen to you and find a solution that is right for your unique situation. At Tidal, we believe in a multidisciplinary approach to health care and we prioritize patient education to ensure that you understand your hearing loss as well as the best ways to manage it.
If your hearing loss requires medical attention, an ENT referral will be made.

90-Day Trial Period
Your satisfaction is our priority. Throughout your 90-day trial period, we’ll work with you to make sure your hearing aids are meeting your needs. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we’re happy to provide an exchange or a full refund*
*less a $250 deductible to cover the cost of the appointments
3-4 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Enjoy at least three years of comprehensive coverage for parts and repairs through the hearing aid manufacturer at no extra cost. Duration of warranty may vary depending on level of hearing aid technology
2 Year Loss & Damage Warranty
Provides one-time protection per hearing aid in cases of loss or irreparable damage. A deductible amount may apply —please consult the clinic for complete information
Hearing Aid Cleaning and Repairs
We recommend scheduling hearing aid cleanings and performance checks every 6 to 12 months. If any issues come up sooner, you're always welcome to book an earlier visit at no cost.
Routine Hearing Tests
Once you are identified with hearing loss, it is important to monitor your hearing regularly. Our hearing aid service plans include annual follow-up hearing tests for monitoring purposes
Hearing Aid Adjustments
If your hearing shifts over time, we’ll update your hearing aid settings or re-tune the devices as needed, all included in your service plan!
Hearing Aid Payment Plan
At Tidal Hearing + Balance, your overall well-being is our top priority. Our flexible payment plan allows you to choose hearing devices that best match your needs, lifestyle, and budget—without the pressure of a fixed timeline.
Down payment required. We recommend 50% however, we are happy to work with you to come up with an amount that suits your needs
